Listproof privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-09-28. Listproof is operated by Moond Apps (“we”). This policy explains what data the Listproof Shopify app accesses and how we use it.

What we access

• Product data of the store that installs the app: titles, descriptions, product type, vendor, category and attributes, options/variants (price, SKU, barcode, inventory quantity), and product images with their alt text.
• Store identifiers: the shop domain and store name, and the staff account session needed to show the app inside Shopify admin.
• We do not access or store customer or order data.

Free Store Checker and early access

• The public checker reads only the product data a store already publishes at /products.json; results are cached for 10 minutes and not stored with any personal data.
• If you ask for early access, we store your email address, the store address you checked and its score, only to email you when the app is available. Ask us any time to delete it.
• On our public pages (checker, guides, this page) we count visits per day, per page and per referring website (for example “reddit.com”). We don't use cookies for this and don't store IP addresses, device details or anything that identifies you.

Why we use it

• To score how complete your product data is and show you issues.
• To prepare suggested fixes (built only from your own product data), apply the ones you approve, and let you undo them.

What we store and for how long

• A copy of the product fields listed above (to show scores and issues), the suggestions we prepared, and a log of changes you applied (the old and new value, so you can undo).
• When you uninstall, we delete our copies of your product data right away. The change history (needed for undo and plan limits if you reinstall) and any remaining data are permanently erased when Shopify sends the shop data-erasure request (about 48 hours after uninstall).
• Changes you applied remain in your Shopify store — they are your normal product data.

Sharing

We don't sell or share your data. It is processed only by our hosting and database providers to run the app. Product data is not sent to any AI service.

Your rights

You can request access to or deletion of the data we hold for your store at any time by emailing tidycatalogsupport@gmail.com. Uninstalling the app also removes it as described above.
