Shopify category attributes for Screen Protectors

• Hardness rating (pencil scale) — Specifies the tempered-glass hardness rating based on the pencil hardness scale.

• Material — Defines a product's primary material, such as cotton or wool

More specific categories

Shopify recommends the most specific category that fits. Under Screen Protectors you can choose: Camera Screen Protectors, Smartwatch Screen Protectors, Tablet & E-Book Reader Screen Protectors. A more specific category can come with more attributes.

How to fill them

1. Open the product in Shopify admin → Category → choose Screen Protectors (or a more specific one).
2. The category's attributes appear below it. Pick values that are true for the product — for example, the colors you actually sell.
3. Only fill what you know. An empty attribute is better than a wrong one.

Many attributes are already in your store in another form: your variant options ("Color: Black, Olive") or words in your title and description ("100% cotton").
