Shopify category attributes for Towels

In Shopify's standard product taxonomy, Towels sits at Home & Garden > Linens & Bedding > Towels. Once a product has this category, Shopify shows the attributes below in the product editor. Filled attributes are structured facts — AI shopping assistants and Shopify's own search and filters can use them to match a shopper's question without guessing from your text.

• Pattern — Describes the design or motif of a product, such as floral or striped
  Examples: Abstract, Animal, Art, Bead & reel, Birds, Brick, Bull's eye, Camouflage (51 values in total)
• Towel weave — Describes the construction or weave style of the towel fabric, which affects texture, absorbency, and drying time.
  Examples: Flat weave, Honeycomb, Jacquard, Ribbed, Terry, Velour, Waffle, Other

More specific categories

Shopify recommends the most specific category that fits. Under Towels you can choose: Bath Towels & Washcloths, Beach Towels, Hand Towels, Head Towels, Kitchen Towels. A more specific category can come with more attributes.

How to fill them

1. Open the product in Shopify admin → Category → choose Towels (or a more specific one).
2. The category's attributes appear below it. Pick values that are true for the product — for example, the colors you actually sell.
3. Only fill what you know. An empty attribute is better than a wrong one.

Many attributes are already in your store in another form: your variant options ("Color: Black, Olive") or words in your title and description ("100% cotton"). Listproof reads those and suggests the matching attribute values for you to approve — it never fills an attribute that isn't supported by your own product details.
